Where are you located?
My pediatric physical therapy practice is 100% home-based. Sessions take place entirely in the comfort and convenience of your child’s natural environment. This allows you to learn how to use your own toys and equipment to support your child’s goals, and keeps you from having to plan car rides to an office.
Do you take insurance?
In order to provide the highest quality of care for your child, my practice is out of network with insurance companies. I will provide you with a receipt on a monthly basis that includes all the information you need to submit to insurance on your own. Many insurance companies have out of network benefits, but every plan is different so it’s important to check your specific coverage.
Do I need a physician referral?
Nope! New Jersey has Direct Access which means you do not need a script or referral from your pediatrician to be evaluated or start therapy.
How much do you charge?
Initial Evaluation:
12 months old & under : $150
Over 12 months old: $180
Physical Therapy Sessions:
All ages: $140
Do you offer free consults?
Absolutely! I offer phone consultations free of charge prior to our initial visit. This way, we can make sure I’m a good fit, and you can get some questions answered before we officially get started.
