Where are you located?
My physical therapy gym is located in the Wellness Collective in Collingswood, NJ. I also make home visits for families that live within 20 minutes. Virtual sessions are available to residents of NJ & PA.
Do you take insurance?
In order to provide the highest quality of care possible for your child, I am out of network with insurance companies. I will provide you with a receipt on a monthly basis that includes all the information you need to submit to insurance on your own. Many insurance companies have out of network benefits, but every plan is different so it’s important to check your specific coverage.
Do I need a physician referral?
Nope! New Jersey has Direct Access, meaning you do not need a script or referral from your pediatrician in order to be evaluated or start therapy. I will however, correspond with your pediatrician and keep them updated on your child’s physical therapy plan of care via evaluation and progress reports.
How much do you charge?
Initial Evaluations: Physical Therapy Sessions: Age 12 months & under: $130 60 minutes: $140 Over 12 months : $180 45 minutes: $120 30 minutes: $100
